Cosmo Hotel Berlin Mitte

We recently stayed here for two nights, and the spacious Comfort Double Room was a highlight, especially the pristine bed linen. The freshly cooked omelette at breakfast was fantastic! Just know the service can be a bit slow at peak times.

the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! We didnt want to get up in the mornings!! The hotel was really lovely, modern, clean, great location. The staff were so pleasant and very helpful with hotel reservations etc. We would definitely stay again.

The cute staff provided great tips for local exploration and ensured everything was comfortable. Breakfast was extensive, with quality offerings that fueled our adventures.

The staff are very enthusiasm. I sent email to ask the way to their hotel from airport, they give me a detail and accurate public transportantins plan. The facilities are new and good quality. Housekeepers did clearning well.

Although it says "Berlin Mitte", the hotel is not exactly located in what one would call the city center. It takes a 5 to 10 minute walk to find city center ambiance (Gendarmenmarkt, Unter den Linden, ...). Besides this, it's an excellent location (safe, clean, subway station across the street, ... )

The indoor parking was helpful for visitors with cars, making it easy to access attractions.

This is a beautifully designed hotel with even the standard room (which we stayed in) receiving attention to details. The beds were really comfortable and the room, although overlooking the very busy street, was soundproof. The surrounding area, although not vibrant in terms of restaurants, is centrally located to the tourist area for visiting Berlin and also the Uban and bus stop is right outside and very easy to use. Staff extremely courteous and helpful.

Only negative was the room was a little warm at night and the new internet system which had just been delivered that week, was not up and running.

The decor of the hotel and room were very modern and are more of a boutique hotel vibe. My room had a great view provided by two walls of windows and balconies. The bathroom was large and had a great tub. The living room area was comfortable and inviting while still being functional. Walking distance to local attractions and sites with nice local restaurants. A couple blocks away you can find a good bakery and kiosk shop to buy snacks and drinks where the guy working there speaks excellent english.

There were two things that keep this from being an excellent facility..... the bed was rather uncomfortable for me as I need a firm mattress and prefer a comfy feather bed on top. I kept getting stuck in a unsupportive spot in the middle. The walls were a bit thin as I could here the closing of the doors in the hallway.

The location is fantastic with a subway stop right across the street. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that offers extra space and fresh air. The staff is friendly and provides great assistance, ensuring that any requests are met promptly.

The lack of plugs in the bathroom can make it difficult to use hair tools.

Incredibley helpful, polite and friendly staff. The hotel was also spotlessly clean.

This was just an optimal selection for a momentary visit in Berlin with excellent value. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful . Consider taking advantage of the nearby subway for easy access to attractions.

Fabulous and quiet hotel in Berlin with courteous staff at the reception desk. Great food in the cafe for breakfast. Great location just a short stroll away from Museum Island.
